Los Monteros Cava Brut Rosé is a traditional-method Spanish sparkling wine from one of the world's best-value Cava producers. Made in the Penedes region of Catalonia using the same labor-intensive method as Champagne, secondary fermentation in the bottle, riddling, and disgorgement, but with Spanish grapes and Spanish prices.
The wine is dry and elegant: pale salmon in color, with delicate strawberry and red berry aromas, fine persistent bubbles, and a clean, dry, mineral-edged finish. It performs beautifully as an aperitif, at celebrations, and with a range of foods from charcuterie to light seafood. Spanish sparkling wine's fun-loving personality in its most charming form.

Los Monteros is a Cava producer from Catalonia's Penedes region, the heartland of Spanish sparkling wine production. The Cava DO requires traditional method production (secondary fermentation in bottle) for all wines bearing the appellation, making it the only major sparkling wine appellation outside of Champagne to mandate this labor-intensive process as standard. Los Monteros produces a consistent, enjoyable Cava that represents excellent value in the traditional method category.
