Order Processing
We begin preparing orders promptly and ship as quickly as possible during the business week.
During holidays and other high-volume periods, additional processing time may be required.
Perishable Items
Orders containing perishable items are scheduled thoughtfully to minimize time in transit.
We use best practices and professional judgment to avoid weekend delays and extended warehouse holding times.
Transit Times
After your order has been processed and released to our carrier partners, most UPS and FedEx deliveries arrive within 5 to 6 business days.
For deliveries within the Hampton Roads region, many orders arrive as soon as the next business day after release to our carrier partners, depending on timing and carrier conditions.
Alaska and Hawaii orders will take longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Holiday Shipping
For Christmas 2026 delivery, we recommend placing your order by December 13, 2026.
Address Guidelines
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address. If we are ever able to accommodate shipping to P.O. Boxes, any shipments will be shipped via USPS, tracking information may not be available and shipping may take an extended timeframe.
A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses ship via USPS only and may experience longer transit times.

Alcoholic Beverage Shipping Area
WINE SHIPS ONLY TO THE FOLLOWING STATES: California, Connecticut, Florida, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, D.C., West Virginia, and Wyoming.
Please note, for larger wine orders, we will often require phone or email confirmation that an adult will be available to sign for the shipment prior to fulfillment. These orders often do not ship without confirmation.
