Hahn Pinot Noir
Cherry, raspberry, and silky softness from Monterey's cool coast, easy-drinking Pinot at a hard-to-beat price.
Hahn Family Wines has been producing Pinot Noir from Monterey County since 1980, when founder Nicky Hahn recognized the region's rare potential for cool-climate varietals. Monterey's Salinas Valley channels cold Pacific winds from Monterey Bay, creating one of California's most naturally cool growing environments, ideal for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and resulting in wines with lively acidity and fresh, expressive fruit.
The wine is everything an everyday Pinot should be: cherry, raspberry, and a hint of spice on the nose, with a soft, silky texture, medium body, and a clean finish. It is approachable from the moment you open it, without needing decanting or ceremony. A natural partner for salmon, roasted chicken, or a simple pasta with olive oil and mushrooms.
Consistently rated 90-91 points by Wine Enthusiast and James Suckling (2022 vintage).
Pairs well with: Salmon, Roasted Chicken, Mushroom Pasta, Charcuterie, Brie
A crowd-pleasing Pinot at a price that makes it easy to keep on hand. Impossible to go wrong with it.
