Andre Clouet, Champagne Brut
Grower Champagne from one of Reims' finest houses, toasty, refined, and unmistakably special.
Andre Clouet is a grower Champagne house based in Bouzy, one of the most coveted Grand Cru villages on the Montagne de Reims, where Pinot Noir-dominant vineyards produce Champagne of remarkable depth, richness, and toasty complexity. Unlike the large Champagne houses that source grapes from hundreds of growers, Clouet is what the French call a 'recoltant manipulant', the same family that grows the grapes also makes and bottles the wine, allowing for a level of terroir expression and quality control that larger houses cannot match.
The Brut Non-Vintage is made predominantly from Pinot Noir aged in small oak casks (foudres), giving it unusual depth, structure, and a nutty, toasty character alongside the classic Champagne profile of apple, brioche, and biscuit. This is not a thin, effervescent Champagne, it has real presence, texture, and personality. A natural choice for celebration, but genuinely enjoyable as an aperitif or with a range of foods.
Worth every bubble, at any occasion.
Pairs well with:
Oysters, Seared Scallops, Roasted Chicken, Soft Cheeses, Celebrations of Any Scale

Meet The Maker
Andre Clouet is a sixth-generation Champagne grower and producer in Bouzy, one of only 17 Grand Cru villages in the entire Champagne region. The family has farmed their Grand Cru vineyards for generations and produces all of their Champagne entirely from estate fruit, allowing them to express the distinctive character of Bouzy's south-facing slopes in every bottle. Aging in small oak foudres gives the wines an unusual depth and richness for non-vintage Champagne, and the house has earned a devoted following among Champagne enthusiasts who value terroir-driven grower productions over the consistent but neutral style of the large commercial houses.
