These delicate caramels are made by hand from pure cane sugar using an old-world Swiss technique and blended with Sel des Alpes’ pure salt from the heart of the Swiss mountains. Buttery rich caramel mixture is hand-deposited into molds and gently coated with Swiss milk or dark chocolate to create an exquisite caramel with the perfect balance of sweet & savory flavor.
